"No breakfast included but the night we stayed the fire alarms went off due to tech issues, not once but 3x. That was a real treat. lol So in the am the hotel staff had left a nice note under our door apologizing and sharing that they had complimentary coffee and pastries in the lobby for us and they waived our parking fee. So that was a nice way to say sorry for the not so great sleep. We only live an hour away from this hotel, but stayed so we could enjoy a night out. We were able to walk downtown in about 10 ish minutes and walk back. So a nice central location. Next time, this time of year, I will bring my skates to enjoy the outdoor rink just down the street from the hotel. Overall the staff, room, pool, hottubs, cleanliness, location was super!! I highly recommend this hotel. "

"I enjoyed my stay very much, and would recommend this special place to anyone looking to explore the area. I visited Lake Louise and Banff, and would again stay at Emerald Lake Lodge over those crowded tourist sites. The amenities, customer service and surrounding hikes were excellent. "
