Bathroom wasn’t well cleaned. Room was so tiny, the “queen sized” bed was tiny. Took forever to get to our room on the third floor because there’s only one (possibly two) elevators. Asked for more towels to be sent up to the room and never got them.

Overall the price we paid was a lot for what we got. The property is in need of a complete overhaul. The buttons in the elevator didn't work properly, the bathrooms smelled like pee, stains on the walls. The beds however were extremely comfortable.

This hotel should be torn down! Old, everything is disgusting, or broken. Fire Doorknobs broken, broken elevator buttons, heater has burned wallpaper in the stairwell, tv did not work and so outdated, BR sink clogged, only 2 plug outlets in room!! Not ok with technology nowadays. Bathroom moldy, water damaged Crap on ceiling. Homeless people in parking lot! Right beside Car dealership, so bright & early hear mechanics and overhead paging in lot. Book somewhere else imo

The pictures and reviews for this hotel are not accurate. Very old building that was not maintained well. I was scared to go into the elevator with my young son, half the buttons didn’t work and when it stopped at the second floor it would have a horrible noise and rattle everytime. Pool atrium was very hot and not cleaned well. It’s a maze to get to your room and overall shabby. Would not stay again.

Property is ok, just had a bad night, next door had a small dog locked in the bathroom howling till 10.pm, the room we were in was next to the rear entrance,exit the door was jamming all night until someone actually broke it, repair guy was fixing it when we were leaving, got more sleep in my car by the lake.

It felt like there were people lurking around the parking lot, to the point we didn't feel like we could leave anything in the vehicle. Elevator was rough (at best). Serious maintenance needed. Bed was comfortable though!

So grateful to the staff for allowing an early check in!! Super accommodating! Beautiful hotel with pool/hottub atrium. Clean comfy room (we had a dog room and often they are the most run down, but this room was wonderful). Will most definitely stay here again!

No A/C in gym. Weight machine cabels were broken. Stationary bike was very old and partially broken. A/C unit in room very close to the bed, while getting off the bed hit the sharp edge on my thigh and got 3 inches long laceration. Building is very old. Kitchen faucet was leaking. Old style toilet with small bowl. Kitchen size is very good. Pool and hot tub were good.
