「The bathroom was pretty dirty when we first arrived. You can see the sweat/pee marks around the toilet and there was hair on the wall. We got upgraded to a king which was nice - however, we could hear our neighbours’ TV. Nice staff.」

「The night shift staff was super cold. Don’t know how he even got the job. 」

「Front desk staff was awesome, I forgot a very expensive Yeti cooler of dog food. The gentleman at the front desk let me know they had the cooler in lost and found and I asked him to put it in the freezer until I could retrieve it upon my return.」

「I was surprised the hotel was nearly new and location is good as well to go everywhere Next time I will still choose it if I have my vacation in kelown」
