"The rooms are not in good condition. They are ok, but cleanliness is not great. The beds are so old and saggy. The vacation club selling is icky and the employees dont give you the time of day once u arent interested in attending one if their info sessions. I left a pair of pjs behind, ive been calling the hotel and constantly put on hold for long times, so I hang up and do it all over again. Still not resolved. The spa is the only somewhat redeeming part of this place. ."

"The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly and welcoming - Nick checked us and even discussed choices of rooms that were ready for early check-in -- the location was great and the rooftop deck was a nice for an early evening cocktail. The property is right across from the Sedona shuttle which takes you all over Sedona. As a sidebar - we knew ahead of time that parking was extra but a little pricey for an open unprotected parking lot. extra "

"Pool was unexpectedly closed which was a bummer for the AZ heat. Other than that, we loved it. Perfectly situated in town."

"The pool area was super nice and chill. Fun playing ping pong outdoors. We did a "tea ceremony" experimenting with different herbs in the spa. They had star gazing, someone came down from Lowell observatory with a huge telescope and gave a talk and showed up the moons of jupiter in the telescope. Front desk was busy sometimes, but they found time to get us extra coffee pods when we requested it."
