"The rooms were beautiful and had good quality products for use. The staff were so friendly and the location was amazing. Given the access issues with cars to Lake Louise, I would definitely recommend staying here, along with the amazing experience we had"
"This is a place unlike any other. Very unique; the staff stay on property for a few months while working during the summertime. They were incredibly kind. The owners were there when we were and were also very gracious. The location is fabulous. Where else can you go outside your hotel room with a coffee cup and a muffin in the morning and walk along a glacial lake before breakfast? Amazing!! It also has very easy access multiple trails around Bow Lake. Regarding meals, the dinners were extremely tasty and the ambience inside is very cool. Really nice to have the to-go lunches, too. The only warning I have is that you have to prepare to be very social - at dinners and during breakfast you have assigned seats with other groups at the tables. Assignments changed each night. It was fun but also could be exhausting after a long day, and dinner could take a few hours. Overall, we had a very unique and unforgettable experience. "
"Front desk lady was super helpful. Beds were comfy. One thing that was off putting was a little card from the person who cleaned the room saying we could now tip virtually....sorry what? If your charging over $300/night for me to shower and sleep nobody is gettung a tip."
Find out why this national park is named after a Cree word for awe and wonder when you see its sheer rock walls, waterfalls, deep-blue lakes and wild rivers.
