"The property is in the heart of Golden,BC. The on site pool and slide are great attractions . Breakfast is what’s you would normally expect for a short stay at budget vacation layovers. The room we were in, had some small issues with the washroom which can be overlooked at times. The staff was courteous at arrival and accepted the request for a little late check-out (coz of my online meeting)."

"The property is fabulous- view of Lake Louise is breathtaking. Our room was impeccably clean as were the common areas. Service is impeccable, the staff sensational- professional, courteous, super helpful, caring and ready to go out of their way to make your stay perfect! Dined at both The Lakeside and Louiza and they exceeded our expectations; again superb service, great food, generous enough portions and pleasant environment. Had one of my best ever gnocchi. Extra special mention for above and beyond service: Huey @ Front Desk; Shree and Giorgia @ The Lakeview; and Antoine & Louiza."
