「No service except one room. There is no drinking water in the room, no hair dryer, and the air conditioner is very loud. There is no official reception in the hotel, only a small window like a prison visitation for you to check in and check out. It feels very unsafe. When I went to a nearby restaurant to order food, the boss told me to be careful when I went out, it was not safe here. I will never go there again.」

「Nice hotel. It’s only a six minute drive from Universal studios. No issues with check in or finding the room. Room had a microwave and fridge. The concierge sends you a text that you can use if you need anything. I texted for more towels and he brought them right away. Nice hotel for families. My kids had no issues either.」
