"This apartment was wonderful! It had many beds, all comfortable and it was equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent with Puerto Cancun just being across the street. "This apartment was a beautiful place to stay. I love the private patio area and that it was ocean view. I didn’t like that the water pressure to the shower was very low, it was barely dripping so that was really frustrating having to use the shower in the unit. I would also recommend that since there were no room cleaning they should at least have access to a washer and dryer so you can have clean sheets and towels throughout your stay. "

"I upgraded from Oasis Palm to Grand Oasis Palm because a lot of restaurants were not included under Oasis Palm. This is a resort where a lot of Mexicans come to vacation; as such, the food was more traditional, and a lot of the staff did not speak English well. I was able to communicate with my basic high school Spanish, though. People reserve the chairs and loungers early in the morning. And only once someone moved my stuff. The best part is that you can see the beach from the pool, and it takes less than a minute to go to the beach. They clean the beach of seaweed daily. Nice, clear, and calm water. Two big cons are that they cannot make speciality drinks like a Dirty Martini and that most of their arcade machines are broken."
