「Staff members were great, super friendly and helpful, our room was beautiful with a balcony to the pool, nice cold AC when you needed, the pool was nice kept clean, breakfast was great every day with some fruit and even dessert, the hotel is well located with a safe place to park your car a few blocks away and a few food options right next to the hotel, overall great place to stay to experience Cartagena for a few days.」

「Beautiful hotel although front rooms could be extremely noisy from the street action. Front desk staff was extremely slow on providing me my invoice, 2 hours of calling requesting it and I still have not received. I expected more from Four Seasons regarding pool bar staff. Rest of our stay was wonderful. Hotel Manager handled my issues with professionalism. 」

「This is a truly unique hotel, an eclectic mix of art, modern decor and history. The staff were all friendly and attentive. The downsides: the room and hotel in general needs to be cleaner. There was dust on some sofas etc. The rooftop has a nice enough view but the pools are more like a bathtub size. The food at the restaurant Doña Lola was delicious and the hotel is in the heart of lively and artsy neighbourhood of Getsemaní.」
