「Kind, courteous staff. Only stayed here one night when arriving in Cartagena before heading to the islands. Wish we had come back here for the second part of our trip in Cartagena. Convenient location to lively nightlife, restaurants, etc yet no right on the corner and rooms are away from the street so they are *quiet* at night. 」

「I can't say enough of the wonderful staff, they made our anniversary an amazing one. Even from the communication before we got there until after we left. We travel around the world and their service was top notch. Next time we are in Cartagena we will definitely stay there.
