「Casa Carolina is a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Cartagena’s Old City. The location is unbeatable—you can walk everywhere and never need an Uber. 「This is a historic Colonial property in a historic, artsy neighborhood. Walkable right out the door to shops and cafes etc. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you want a gleaming tower separate from the real city, this is not for you. If you want authenticity (and comfort too!) then come here. I’d go back in a heartbeat.」
