「During our stay, the reception staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. Although the breakfast items did run out at one point, the staff promptly replenished them. There was no hot water during my shower; however, the hotel later communicated that they were experiencing issues with the water system and assured guests that the matter would be resolved as soon as possible.」

「We were greeted by John who made us feel like he had been awaiting our arrival the whole day. John was happy, kind and had the warmest and friendliest smile I have seen all that day! After an 8 hour drive with kids, it was truly wonderful to feel so welcomed. Breakfast was great every morning and the two ladies who were working each morning were so kind and friendly too! Each morning staff member welcomed us down like they made breakfast just for me and my kids. I have never felt so welcomed in...

「This is the worst place we've ever stayed. The comments that was left on Expedia giving it a great place, is not true. If I was Expedia I would not recommend it. Dirty, nothing like the picture, no remodel in our room as stated. Kitchenette was a joke. Regular cups and glasses out with no protective covers. Should be using throw away cups. Were did they clean them bathroom. Floor tile was dirty, cracked and loose. Could not get heater to work. I could go on. Just find a better place.」
