「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

Also Haraoce during the hours of serving breakfast has a wonderful personality, full of joy and good laughter… He made our stay one to remember, all the food fresh and hot. Great sense of urgency. All the staff here deserve a raise increase because they go over and beyond to get the job done…. And a Job Well DONE at...
