「Great staff & premises! Worst breakfast with good choices but cold food; no microwave. Terrible tasting, lukewarm coffee & no honey. Neither of us could take more than a sip or two before pitching out.」

「The woman who check us in was the high point. She was awesome. However, we didn’t feel safe, the rooms were dated and dirty. I was up most of the night checking on my vehicle and felt like I had to put a chair in front of the door for safety. 」

「This property serve breakfast in the morning. It was the same breakfast eggs hard boiled dried up sausage cereal. They never changed the menu couple times the coffee was ice cold I don’t like waffles so I was very disappointed that I did not get a good hearty breakfast」

「The Room had bed bugs, I took a photo, and I found old Q-Tips behind the bed, old sheets with old blood stains on them after inspections and a nest of bed bugs that I also took photos of. Other than that the staff was friendly or I didn’t really speak to them at all. Breakfast was great in the morning though. 」

「The front desk staff was seated behind a computer screen, obscuring her from view. She did not stand to address me nor offer appreciation for the Hilton Honors status. The staff member was unhelpful, offered no details about breakfast, check-in/out times, or complimentary water. She was obviously uninterested in making the guest experience a priority. 「I arrived around 8/00 on Friday night. I struggled to get to my room. I had requested a handicapped bath. It is several rooms away from the elevator. When I got to my room I had changed my clothes and discovered there was no soap bars or body wash. On Saturday I told the front desk about it and she g a ve me 6 bars of soap, 3 bottles of shampoo and 3 bottles of hair conditioner. I requested body wash but as never given any.
