「Despite the property being fairly new it seems to be mismanaged and basic maintenance and cleaning doesn’t seem to be taken care of. We had a fire alarm clear the entire hotel at 1:30am due to a leaking water pipe. The was no compensation given for the inconvenience whatsoever. Will never stay at this property again.」

「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」
