「Honestly the worst experience ever. I spent 1 night here, July 4th. I understand that this is a 2 start hotel & I did not expect anything more than a clean room to lay my head in. At check in, i was directed to room 306 only to discover that was not the right room. The front desk agent gave me the wrong room, it was supposed to be 222. How did that mistake happen?? Then what I got was a room that had a moldy smell, a mildew shower, and disturbances from housekeeping 2.5 hours before check out. I...

「The stay was nice but we were a little upset because we needed extra towels and rags and they were out if rags and said none will be available until the next day and we had to use hand towels. This was unacceptable. Everything else was great other than that one complaint.」

After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

The pool had no seating it was all taken by a party they were not out there for hours but left all belongings where you could not use any chairs. There was a large family gathering and they were in Libby All hours and noisy Was not a normal relaxing visit to a crown property and the shower not being cleaned was disappointing」

「I was in town for surgery and needed to stay overnight. This place was nothing fancy, as I didn’t need a pool, spa, restaurant ect. What it was, was amazing. Absolutely, spotless, mini kitchen, all appliances (small full size refrigerator/freezer) except dishwasher. Had dish soap and towels. We bought plastic utensils and paper bowls. A/C was great, not noise, beds and pillows were great! The icing on the cake, the staff could not have been nicer. I would most definitely recommend and stay there...
