「I will be staying here every time I come home to Augusta. It’s convenient to 1-20 west and it was really nice. They were upgrading and painting when we arrived and cleaning the outside. I loved to see that. Let’s me know they are up innit the place looks rather new so this must me a maintenance routine. Wonderful.」

「The air conditioner in our room was making a high-pitched noise, and was not cooling properly. They promptly moved us to a new room, and everything was ok.」

「Honestly the worst experience ever. I spent 1 night here, July 4th. I understand that this is a 2 start hotel & I did not expect anything more than a clean room to lay my head in. At check in, i was directed to room 306 only to discover that was not the right room. The front desk agent gave me the wrong room, it was supposed to be 222. How did that mistake happen?? Then what I got was a room that had a moldy smell, a mildew shower, and disturbances from housekeeping 2.5 hours before check out. I...
