「The back door was unlocked, and it doesn't appear that it ever locks, despite the sign indicating that it is always locked. The bed was lumpy, but that could have been the mattress pad. I did not take a shower because there was something that appeared to be mold in the tub. While it could have just been a stain, it did not make me feel that it was safe to use. 「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」
