Room needs new carpet or at least cleaned. Furniture is getting beat up looking. Staff was amazing!! Very warm and friendly, very helpful. Appreciated the late pick up at the airport by the shuttle. This is a hotel that has obviously been there a while, but has been well-maintained and cared for. The staff were friendly, helpful, and prompt. We were the only ones scheduled for an airport shuttle that day, apparently, but the driver was on-time and courteous at 4am.

Staff was extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, there were a couple of issues that need immediate attention by hotel management. First, the thermostat that controls the heating & air was barely functional and difficult to set. Consequently, the heat and AC came on at random times and often when you didn't need it to. Also, the toilet often would not flush properly. Needs to be repaired...quickly. These two discrepancies took away from what could have otherwise been a very pleasant experience.

The entrance was nice, but the rooms are in terrible need of updating. Our room was stale, bed sheets damp. The toilet was leaking and handle came off the shower. The door to bathroom would not close or latch properly. The breakfast was great.
