「Superb venue with amazing staff」

「I'm in a wheelchair so requested an accessible room. One of the best/most accessible rooms i've stayed in. There is a big wide ramp out front with plenty of disabled parking. Room was large and open for maneuvering and bathroom had a sink, shower and toilet setup that was well thought out and simply just worked. 「Based on the fact that this is a budget hotel, the staff are amazing - endlessly helpful and patient with guests. We arrived when all the systems had gone down and the poor reception lady was being pulled in every which way - but she was still so polite, smiling and helpful. 」

「We stayed for 1 night. Staff and hotel were excellent, the kids bed was a bit small and uncomfortable for a 10 year old but the overalll stay was great and food was lovely in the restaurant. We didn’t get to try breakfast unfortunately as we had to leave at 7.30am and breakfast didn’t start till 8am」

「Convenient. Great place to stay」

「We stayed for one night & chose the larger room when we booked so had plenty of space. Loved the decor & ordered the waterfall prints that were in the room when we got home to remind us of the waterfalls. Room did get hot (very warm weather when we stayed) but there was a fan & we probably hadn't got the velux windows open as far as they could go. Booked a table when we booked in & had a very enjoyable evening meal.」

「This hotel is ok but pretty basic overall. Although clean, the room felt very tired. Staff aren’t really on hand late at night or in the morning. It was good value. 」
