「The Boathouse is on the river and next to the Grosvenor Park with is very pretty and a nice area to walk through to get to the city centre. We watched a rowing club practise right from our table at dinner. The wait staff in the dining room were very friendly and accommodating. 「Fabulous stay. Everything was perfect from dinner to breakfast. However I do find the £25.00 surcharge for a dogs stay a little hefty. A welcome pack is offered but not forthcoming sadly 」

「This hotel was vey horrible. The bed and quilt and bed are full of stain. The room, corridor and carpet are very dirty, they are full of sour smell (like vomit after drunk), the heater and exhaust fan are dusty, and a lot of louse and ants. 100% not recommend!!!!」

「Lovely stay at this hotel, we ate in the restaurant at night and had a lovely meal, nice restaurant and bar area, we had breakfast included lovely choice , we went for full english, nice quality and nice and hot( my pet hate is luke warm food) plenty outside seating, our room was a superior double with balcony, nice room and bathroom. Would definitely stay again」

「Check in: at the bar. Wait for 5 minutes as the staff served at the bar at that time. Wifi: good. Room: spacious, clean. One grocery shop near by, 5 minutes walk. No self laundry service. Breakfast: not buffet except juoice, milk and cereal, ok, basic. 」

「We actually found this hotel and swapped it for our original one after seeing it was over £100 for 4 nights, bargain! Staff were lovely, polite and really accommodating. I saw a few bad reviews complaining about the noise, but it is on a main road so it is to be expected and in all honesty, the noise isn't as bad as you'd think. The rooms were clean and cosy, can't fault a bit of Netflix on a smart TV.. Lovely stuff.The bathrooms were spotless, and I'm fussy about them. Another great quality...
