「Hotel chose for closeness to railway station was so close across the road.Bus stop facing every 15 minutes to centre of town and shops .All types of shops close to the river lovely walk and boat ride.Hotel excellent clean staff really pleasant helpful food both evening meal and breakfast absolutely gorgeous.Would definitely go back again Fanulous garden for sitting out in the good weather .」

「Our stay was just perfect in everyway there is a lovely homely feel at this hotel...very quirky and steeped in history
The room was very clean, our amenities in our room was very good from the biscuits and tea bags etc to the soap on the sink and the shower stuff and moisturising lotion. The bed comfy and very big.. sheets etc were lovely and clean and laundered.
All the staff very pleasant and polite and could not do enough for us during our stay.. we would definitely stay again」

「The staff at the front desk is excellent. Very friendly during the check-in. She always smiles and tells me the location of the room.
Feel happy to receive a Christmas card from the staff.
The cups and the electric kettle are clean. I feel safe when using them.
Wifi connection is good and stable.
There are three electrical sockets in front of the desk. I can charge my phone and laptop at the same time.
However, there is still room for improvement.
The room is not clean. There was rubbish...
