Fantastic location. Great staff and a small and basic but functional room. Slept well. No amenities in the room and single rooms don’t have a window, however I did enjoy the stay.

For a bed for the night it did the job. However, the duvet cover was ripped and the general maintenance of the room was poor. Little things were irritating like turning the tap on a getting totally drenched by it and a shower that took a few minutes going cold and boiling before it settled on a temperature, and then was a good shower. Also, housekeeping seemed to be making noise and hoovering right outside my door at 9am for well over an hour, but no offer of housekeeping for my room e.g. fresh towels, bath mats, toilet roll.
