Lovely old pub with accomodation upstairs. Room was a little dated but had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had dinner and breakfast - the food was excellent.

A beautiful, cozy hotel that feels like a hidden gem. It’s perfectly located just a short stroll from the heart of Hathersage village, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. There are plenty of attractions nearby, so you’ll never run out of things to see and do. The hotel itself has a warm, inviting restaurant and genuinely friendly staff who make you feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and well-kept, offering a comfortable place to unwind after a day of adventure.

So glad we found this great little Hotel tucked away in Hathersage. We could not have found a nicer place for a short break, the staff were very friendly, very efficient, food wonderful and room and the property in general absolutely great! Parking no problem and got a lovely warm welcome! Have stayed here on three different occasions and always had the best welcome and warmest hospitality! Room was comfortable and very clean , food was lovely and would highly recommend the Scotsman Pack to anyone. Will be definitely be returning at some time later this year! 😃😃

The room was a little 'tired' and small but it was fine for me as a lone traveller. The pub is lovely and in a great location, the staff are really nice and friendly. The food was really good too.

Fantastic place to stay

An absolutely lovely hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff, a comfortable room, delicious breakfast and a convenient location for those going on hikes in the area. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that all baked goods served in their delightful pub are from Bakewell!
