「One of the rooms was not cleaned on the day we checked in. One of the beds was not made when cleaning after check in.」

「员工好，早餐好」

「A very bad experience. The shower drain in the room was clogged, and the front desk staff were completely expressionless, communicating with a sullen face throughout, and were very impatient. The breakfast buffet was almost empty, and the staff just stood there expressionlessly watching, not replenishing the food until I pointed it out, at which point they reluctantly went to get more. In short, the experience was terrible, and I will never stay at this hotel again.」

「fine, great location, bed was too sinky/soft for me,great restaurants, nice place to walk from, above the Pacific」

「This hotel is good and clean.」

「The front desk personnel was not trained enough to support issuing the correct invoice.」

「It was a very pleasant trip. My child really liked this hotel. The staff were very enthusiastic. It was very close to the beach, about a 5-minute walk away. The hotel's swimming pool was also very clean. In short, our whole family recommended it」

「房间24小时嗡嗡声 还有我在前台现金购买的水 加在账单上」

「Amazing place. Right on the beach. Beautiful views of the ocean and sunset from our balcony. Right on the boardwalk where there's tons of stores and restaurants/bars right there.」
