「Fantastic location overlooking the hilltop sea views. Last minute overnight booking, with only the rear looking room available (would like to try the sea view rooms next time). Room was immaculately clean with a fan, iron (and board), hairdryer, microwave, toaster, fridge and kettle (also tea, coffee and milk, that you can have refilled if you need more). Staff were absolutely fantastic from the time we checked in to when we left. Bar and food area downstairs (also plenty of outdoor seating). I...

「Lovely guest house in a quiet area, but just a few minutes walk from the sea front We received a lovely warm welcome from Lynn & Scott Our room with an en suite bathroom with a shower was lovely fresh & clean The bed and pillows were super comfortable We were there to celebrate my husband’s 65th birthday and a card & celebration banner were left in the room. Such a nice touch and so thoughtful Breakfast the following morning was delicious and very substantial Fruit juice, tea & coffee,...

「All good, it’s well」

「Charming place, we hadn’t realised how good the sea views were/are. Nicely located being a short walk from Babbington centre with the rest of the English Riviera easily accessible. Heating and hot water both fine, spotlessly clean and well equipped kitchen (even washing up without a dishwasher didn’t seem like a chore with those views!). We had an issue with the WiFi which the owner worked to resolve, sadly without success. But Sunny Bank is a great spot in a great location - recommended」

「The property was good with nice garden, spacious room with kitchen.. Sara and Jon very informative.Good for surrounding areas with good bus service.」

「There was a wedding party which I was advised before I arrived. The hotel called me to confirm this which I was happy with. They brought the evening meals to the room which was very enjoyable. I have no issues with this whatsoever. They kept me informed. 」

「Disappointed to find things broken in the room on check-in and dirty drawers and carpet. No where to out toiletry bag in bathroom. To be charged £15 a night for parking as we didn't book directly is ridiculous as therebis free parking on the road outside and a m permit carpark next door that charges less.」

「All very good 1」

「Unique boutique BnB just wonderful.」

「Erica welcomed us like family. She took our breakfast order for the next morning (multiple choices) upon check in and walked us to our room. We enjoyed a drink on the patio with excellent view. The chef made an excellent breakfast.」

「Service provided is excellent…….」

「The hotel is only about a year old so the building and all the fittings and furniture are in as-new condition. The staff were all cheerful and a delight to work with. The food was good both breakfast and the evening meals. The location right on the foreshore is attractive with lovely views of the sunrise but it is well away from the centre of Torquay. When I arrived Google maps had the location 300 metres too close to the main part of Torquay so you need to check this before setting a route.」

「Fantastic hotel Staff & owners are very special to their guests 3 time staying here outstanding breakfast」

「The hotel provides good value accomodation, and has superb sea views. The breakfast was excellent, and the room was comfortable. Free parking was available.」
