「We booked this hotel while visiting family, and one of the main reasons we chose it was because we were traveling with my father, who is blind. We really appreciated the spacious accessible room and the grab bars in the bathroom, which made his stay much easier and more comfortable. Unfortunately, there were several maintenance and cleanliness issues that affected our experience. 「Due to the July 4th holiday, cleaning staff were not working, therefore our room was not cleaned during our 3 night stay. We had to request towels and were told there were no more wash rags. However, the hotel was very nice and we had no other inconveniences.」

Ridiculously expensive for what I got and while that would be the place I’d stay every time I come home to visit my mother. I will never stay there again.」
