Location was fantastic. Right at the train station. Also you can go across the street for Uniqlo, Muji, Loft and lots of restaurants and bakeries are nearby. Room is small, I reserved 3 beds for family of three. There were no space to open up our suits cases lol. Other than that, beds were great and we had a really nice stay!

Not clean or family friendly

It was disappointing. It is not very kid friendly. The breakfast wasn’t provided for young children and even after asking the front desk about the lack of breakfast vouchers they gave us misinformation that we wouldn’t need them to get breakfast for our two youngest kids. The breakfast options were very limited. The room had majorly chipping paint on the window sills. Massive accumulation or dust in the corners of the room and the bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned when we got there. My 6 yr old was the first to shower and due to the bath not being cleaned properly (we later discovered there was oil residue left in the tub) he slipped and fell and hit his head. It could have been much worse had one of us not been there to help. The fixtures were mildewed and rusted. The walls are terribly thin and we had some particularly loud neighbors (for hours) the first night that even our loud sound machine couldn’t muffle. We didn’t sleep great. The location is convenient by the station and some shopping but honestly that’s its only redeeming quality.

Excellent place to stay

This is such a great hotel with so many places to eat and shop right downstairs. Plus, the bus depot and train station are right next door. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

Cozy and comfortable hotel

The hotel is situated a few minutes away from the station and there is a community support police office (kohban) in front of the hotel! There are lots of shops including a big super market, restaurants and bars near by but quiet at night. The hotel is cozy and staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel

Great price, location, amenities, breakfast ( pay a tiny bit extra ). Has fridge in room. They provide bottled water daily. Quiet. Washing machine and dryer was on our floor. I can see why this girl has high marks. Plenty of food and shopping across the street.
