The property is a great place to stay. While dated, everything was clean and functional. Great location, economical. Conveniently located next to Fuchu station. Will happily stay here again.

I had some issue with the water not working in their annex hotel , but staff contacted their other hotel, a short walk away where the water was on and I could shower. The rooms themselves, especially the bathrooms seem not quite dirty, but a little shoddy. If you're in a tight bind and need somewhere cheapish to stay, then it's fine. The staff are very polite and helpful
