「This was a beautiful property. Everything was clean, updated, and easy to find. The host left a very helpful instructional booklet describing how to use all of the amenities, and even instructions on how to best prepare the food. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would love to stay here again!!」

「第一次住民宿，整體來說很不錯設備新，地點佳。離車站步行約10分鐘，民宿旁就有7-11. 但我們入住兩天，毛巾只有一天用。隔天沒有更換毛巾。所以毛巾第二天還是濕的。因為第一次住民宿，所以不太清楚是不是不需更換。但整體入住感覺不錯。」

「Hako Riero was wonderful. It was clean, stylish and very high tech. It had a 7 eleven in walking distance and very close to the Hakkne-Yumoto train station. I would absolutely stay here again. 」

「The location is quite difficult to arrive. Be sure to take taxi at yumoto station which cost 800 yen in 10mins max. Food is incredible but plate and accessories are just so so. Room onsen is absolutely stunning but the outdoor shower area need some guts to use in winter. Overall speaking, you must try this if u want good kaiseki and outdoor onsen.」

「We suppose there was two buildings for this bnb which is B-1&B-2, but it’s not! It was a one building separated 2 parts, therefore, the house was very small, the toilet was super small. No coffee or any tea bags provided, have to pay for washing machine. It’s not user friendly for guests. 」

「A satisfying hot spring hotel with spacious rooms and a stunning 180-degree view. The hotel offers three types of hot springs: open-air, private, and public. 「Very discreet and very quiet hotel (only 15 rooms). Room was big (good enough for three tatami with room to spare), has a small terrace with our own hot spring bath. It was a very relaxing experience soaking in the hot bath during the morning while enjoying the green mountain scenery. Location is a bit out of the way and up on a winding slope, but who cares, I didn’t feel the need to go out when I was there. 」

「All the staff members are incredibly friendly. Although some of them had limited English skills, they made every effort to communicate effectively with us. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming, and I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to all of them. The building is very new, and the view was stunning—especially with the tall green trees, which added to the cool and tranquil atmosphere. I would definitely love to return and stay at this hotel again.」

「It’s a wonderful hotel with spacious rooms. The traditional dinner was splendid while the breakfast buffet offers a great variety of food with some uncommon delicacies. The environment is also comfy with great views. It’s just that not so convenient in terms of its location. Takes a 10-min slightly uphill walk from the train station. Can be tiring in summer. However, shuttle bus service can be arranged in fact. Can ask for help with the arrangement at the information center on the ground floor...
