「I had a terrible experience with this hotel. I booked through Expedia, but when I arrived, the staff claimed they didn’t have my reservation and told me to go find another hotel. This left me stranded in the middle of the night with two minors, desperately searching for a place to stay. It was the worst travel experience I’ve ever had. 「La experiencia me pareció buena, el hotel es limpio y el personal amable, el espacio es muy agradable y tienes vistas de la montaña cada mañana. Lo unico que se debe tener en cuenta, es que no es tan cercano al pueblo, por lo que es recomendable llegar en auto. 」

「We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Terasu Salento. It is clean, well maintained, attentive staff. Rooms are beautiful with a lively garden area. Valentina was amazing. She answered all our questions about booking tours etc. Good options for breakfast which is included. The hotel is at the edge of town and a short walk to the main square. 」

「This hotel is a must, from their breakfast, the view, staff and how kind and friendly everyone was! Make sure to be specific with your rooms when you book the view from our room was perfect but as it was located by the entrance there was not much privacy! But everything was perfect and highly recommend them in every aspect! Do not skip this hotel. 」
