We had book 2 rooms with A/C at check in we where able to get only one, and the A/C did not work it was damage. For the other room they gave us the fan from the receptionist. Both of the rooms were hot. When we book the hotel our only 2 requirements where A/C and parking. Therefore we did not get what we paid fore

Parqueadero es excelente,y muy central. El único inconvenientebes que hay un estanco enseguida del hotel donde toman y escuchan música en alto volumen hasta tempranas hiras en la mañana.

Este hotel es casi perfecto, un hotel sencillo y bonito, personal muy agradable, lo único en que pueden mejorar es en el aire acondicionado, ya que solo tienen un ventilador y pues por el calor que hace en Armenia, no es suficiente, por lo demás exelente
