「The hotel is very nice and clean in a beautiful property. The receiving staff lacked knowledge about not charging taxes to those of us that are just visiting from abroad. The front desk person required to see the physical seal with the date of entrance. Since my husband is Colombian by birth, he used the biometric entrance. Seul petit inconvénient, le wi-fi était parfois difficile d’accès.」

「This property appears to be for long-stay Colombians who are in Manizales for business. I really enjoyed my stay. The traffic noise from the street was a lot to deal with, but I used ear plugs. The breakfast was simple and delicious and served by courteous staff. Speaking Spanish would be big plus here. It is a great place to stay and I highly recommend it to travellers.」
