The AC was broken, I found a hair on my food, it was not a good stay and I will never stay here again. The location was convenient but I was not happy or comfortable in this hotel at all.

El personal muy amable, ayudaron en todo y siempre muy corteses. Había un buen desayuno y una ducha caliente. El cuarto limpio menos la persiana y su cuerda que realmente necesitan una buena limpieza. Las sabanas y fundas necesitan ser renovadas eran muy delgadas y las fundas estaban rotas en algunos lugares. No había ropero o un lugar donde guardar la ropa. El hotel está un poco fuera de las calles más concurridas del centro de la ciudad.

Una buena experiencia

La habitación fue muy comoda en relación al precio, el desayuno fue muy rico y completo, la habitación estaba muy bien aseada y siempre hubo un muy buen servicio por parte del personal. La unica oportunidad y la verdad no pregunte que paso es que nunca tuve agua caliente.

Not a 4 stars but a good 2.5 stars

The hotel is not bad, but it’s not a 4 stars as it appears on the app. It’s barely a 2 stars, maybe 3 if we want to be generous. The building is very simple and not entirely renovated yet (they are still doing works). And it’s located in definitely not a nice part of town (a bit shady after dusk). Breakfast was simple but ok. However the positives are: service was good and attentive, price is low (but for 20-30 dollars more you can stay at a very very nice hotel, the room was clean. So, you get what you pay for.

Cómo empezar … total decepción, cuartos sin closet, sin toallas sin sábanas extra , cuando solicitamos una toalla extra se nos negó con el pretexto que aún no llegaba la persona encargada ?????? Llegamos al sitio basados en reviews pasados pero total fiasco , lo único para resaltar fue el desayuno , el resto fue una atención bastante regular , no califica ni el título de hotel aún , puede mejorar empleando mejor personal y cambiando la administración.

I feel at home at this hotel, the staff gave an excellent service. Special mention to Juan Pablo at the front desk very accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, very well maintained.

Hotel perfecto para viajes de trabajo

Es un hotel muy cómodo y se ajustó perfectamente a mis necesidades ya que sólo fui a trabajar. La zona no sé que tan buena sea pero para mi que solo necesitaba un lugar comodo, aseado, con internet, agradebla y cerca de lo importante fue perfecto.
