"Staff were super friendly and check-in was a breeze. Unfortunately we were put in the outside “west wing” building, which was beautiful but noisy. We were just next to the entrance stairs and ice machine, so we expected some traffic; the upstairs ‘neighbors’ got ‘home’ around 2am and we could hear every footstep, jump, scuffle, etc. making it difficult to fall asleep. The bed was comfortable, the room was great, the room service was fantastic and WORTH IT! Hard to go wrong at the Peppermill, just be sure to book second floor/center room if you book an outside building!!"

"Parking was fine but BS paying to park. The tub water was lukewarm. The coffee machine didn’t shut off automatically and messed stuff up. Need better snacks other wise all good "
