"The Alantis is under construction but the building was still decent. The only problem I had was the heater in the room did not work. I was freezing my first night. Hopefully they fix the unit before my next visit. "

"My wife and I stayed at the hotel on March 14 and were shocked by how security treated her. While I went briefly to the car with our room key, my wife was sitting in the lobby waiting. Around 11:33 p.m., security approached her, questioned if she was a guest, and called her “loitering” because she didn’t have the key. She gave our room number (1960), yet two officers, including supervisor Phil Fisher, cornered her and threatened to have her removed. When I returned at 11:38 p.m., we showed the key and confirmed we were guests, but they still said they would file a report claiming she was giving attitude. She was quiet, not bothering anyone, and no other guests were questioned. My wife is Hispanic and has an accent, and being singled out felt harassing, intimidating, and discriminatory. We tried to complain to management, but were told security issues are not handled, and the supervisor involved came down to “address” it. This was humiliating and unacceptable. We expected professionalism and respect, but instead my wife was harassed and embarrassed in the lobby of the hotel we were paying to stay at. Never experienced anything like this."

"Easy to get to and from the airport. All the staff was very pleasant, and very helpful. I have no sense of direction whatsoever, so I was constantly getting lost in the casino, and people were so nice that they would even walk me to what I was looking for. I never had any fear of going off on my own because of this. Lots of restaurants, a few amenities, coffee, nice things that count a lot when you’re not leaving the property. I appreciated that. Decent with gluten-free requests, which I also appreciate!"

"Now I see why it was so cheep. This place needs some serious remodeling. I think money has been held back on a remodel since the mid 80’s. Staff is smoky there doing a job. Not welcoming or friendly. Probably under paid because ownership and management only know how to keep the lights on by saving money. "

"It is very convenient for pet owner like me. It has a dog area at the corner. No headache for bring dog to relief in early morning and at night. Inside is clean. Walking distance to two chicks restaurant for meal. I feel happy to living in here."
