「The room was really nice and clean. I liked the plants which made it feel more like home. They offered drinks and snacks available in the room to purchase which was a great convenience. The only 2 things i would improve is the refrigerator to have a freezer and to have a small pet relief area. Other than that the stay was really great and the employees were very nice and respectful. I will be staying here again!!」

「My kids and I absolutely loved this hotel! It was clean and very family friendly. The breakfast was great, only downside was the watered down juice. We had a blast in the pool which has lifts in both the pool and hot tub which are amazing if you have a disabled family member. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! 」

「We came home from Europe, landing at Reno at midnight. It was somewhat easy to walk with our luggage and we didn't check to see if the hotel shuttle was available. It was nice to go across the street from the airport and get a good nights sleep.」

「Everything was great except for the dog areas. The sand is not a good thing for some dogs because they will not eliminate. I had to go find a patch of grass so my dog could do her thing. If you had more grassy area that would be much better. The fee I paid was good, but not accommodating for eliminations. I would suggest more grass areas」
