「All good 」

「Everything was perfect!!! I’m shocked they don’t charge more. Steven at the front desk was our favorite person there! All the staff is great but Steven really went above and beyond! Breakfast, rooms, bar lounge and pool was fabulous!! The only problem I had was that there was no fan in the bathroom and the lights weren’t as bright in there too. Other than that, we will be back for sure!!!」

「酒店老舊， 桌子黏黏的，像是沒有清潔過。 入住期間馬桶堵塞， 水流出來流了一地， 維修人員緩慢， 請他們清潔房間卻連地也沒有拖， 很失望」

「Overall, the stay was good. The room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff were friendly. Check-in and check-out were very smooth. The hotel's location is convenient. The only minor drawback is that parking costs extra. It would be ideal if free parking were available.」

「very wonderful hotel. The best hotel at Reno.」

「I recently stayed at the Courtyard Reno Riverfront, and this experience was deeply disappointing—especially as someone who joined Marriott with high expectations. I have been a Hilton Diamond member for years, and I specifically chose to try Marriott to compare the level of service and hospitality. Unfortunately, this stay fell far below what I expected and has left me extremely disappointed. First, the front desk service was unacceptable. The staff member who assisted me (a woman with a nose...

「The room was clean and the inn was very peaceful and quiet, but there were problems with the furniture and a weird smell when me and my family entered the room. The water in the shower was taking a long time to drain, the mirror was cracked, there were stains on the curtains, and pieces of the table were chipped off. Breakfast was also plain and they did not have many options to choose from. 」

「Very good free breakfast」

「Staffs are friendly and provide really helpful information!」

「Nice property and thoughtful when it came to being above an event space/bar. The location is just great as its right across from the bus station and many homeless in the area. Otherwise, very cute boutique hotel.」

「What a treat, we really enjoyed this property. It was well appointed and very quiet. Close to many dining, shopping and entertainment options. The breakfast offered had all the options we could have wanted. If any note to management, I would say that you're doing great; and could you please upgrade your bathroom tissue to a product more in keeping with the high end vibe of the property? A small item in a stellar visit! We will definitely stay here again!」
