「Everything was perfect!!! I’m shocked they don’t charge more. Steven at the front desk was our favorite person there! All the staff is great but Steven really went above and beyond! Breakfast, rooms, bar lounge and pool was fabulous!! The only problem I had was that there was no fan in the bathroom and the lights weren’t as bright in there too. Other than that, we will be back for sure!!!」

「All good 」

「Nice property and thoughtful when it came to being above an event space/bar. The location is just great as its right across from the bus station and many homeless in the area. Otherwise, very cute boutique hotel.」

「Overall, the stay was good. The room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff were friendly. Check-in and check-out were very smooth. The hotel's location is convenient. The only minor drawback is that parking costs extra. It would be ideal if free parking were available.」

「I recently stayed at the Courtyard Reno Riverfront, and this experience was deeply disappointing—especially as someone who joined Marriott with high expectations. Unfortunately, this stay fell far below what I expected and has left me extremely disappointed. First, the front desk service was unacceptable. The staff member who assisted me (a woman with a nose...

「very wonderful hotel. The best hotel at Reno.」

「Staffs are friendly and provide really helpful information!」

「The room was clean and the inn was very peaceful and quiet, but there were problems with the furniture and a weird smell when me and my family entered the room. The water in the shower was taking a long time to drain, the mirror was cracked, there were stains on the curtains, and pieces of the table were chipped off. Breakfast was also plain and they did not have many options to choose from. 」

「Very good free breakfast」

「At least the staff were nice. The price was low but there is a $100 damage deposit. The place is so dirty and unmaintained that I don’t think they could have detected new damage. Both nights I was there a homeless man came a knocked on the sliding glass door and tried to peak in the curtains which by the way were full of holes. The next day I brought in my Clorox wipes and wiped everything down. I don’t know why I stayed 2 nights. This place is nothing as advertised. It needs to be...
