「Very good location! Very near Circular Quay, Our family took the train down and walked straight to the hotel in around 10 minutes along the wharf. didn't use the wifi. wish coffee at the lobby stayed on longer then 9pm :D」

「It is at the Star casino which is very vibrant and convenient. Lots of restaurants nearby. Coles is right next door. Darling Harbour is 15 mins walk. Overall it is a very pleasant stay. Room is generally clean but can do a little better. It is a bit dusty and on a few occasions towels had stains. 」

「房間非常舒服整潔，附贈的沐浴用品也都很好用，味道聞起來非常舒服！地理位置非常好，市區著名的景點走路都可以抵達，離車站也很近，我其中一天的行程是需要搭上午6:00的飛機，飯店旁邊就是車站，可以搭機場Airport Link，非常方便！」

「櫃檯人員Travis非常親切。我遺留了充電線在飯店，Travis幫我找到它，並幫我保留在櫃檯，直到我旅程結束回來。當我回來拿取時，Travis竟然可以馬上認出我（儘管上次見面已經是兩週前）。 Check in要直接走進餐酒館，跟餐酒館櫃檯人員詢問，接著由餐酒館內側門進入飯店。飯店櫃檯不是24小時的，房間沒有吹風機，記得在check in時先跟櫃檯借。 飯店地點很棒，附近就是QVB，也有Woolworth連鎖超市。」
