「Everything was great! 」

「Our check in gal Janet was the nicest check in person I have ever had in my many hotel stays. She is an asset to this hotel I was very impressed by this hotel. Nicest I’ve ever been to. My Granddaughter recently moved to Hakes Corners. We will definitely always pick this place to stay when we visit. Only negative was the breakfast. Scrambled eggs would be a much better choice than the cheese omelette they offered. Tasted like made with cheese whiz. Thx Janet you were awesome」

「My kids loved the pool, the grown ups loved the nearby activities and restaurants. Parking was easy. Room was spacious, clean, beds comfy. The breakfast was well stocked and very clean. The staff were above and beyond kind and friendly. My family was very happy this stay. We booked to come back as soon as we left. Also very close and convenient to the botanical gardens, the parkway, and downtown Greendale. We kept very busy. 」

「The shower water never got hot, and less too cold to even shower one day. Also, the hot tub jets were broken and it was gritty in the bottom. The water did not seem clean. The pool was warm and nice and the beds and pillows were great.」

「This Hotel is undergoing some needed updates. Staff is nice but seem very busy. Everything in the Room does work however. 」

「Breakfast was nasty, there was a miscommunication in my stay so I had housekeeping knocking plenty of times on my door and the front desk lady, Jean, was very rude about the situation. Floors and walls were dirty. Not a great experience, I’m not coming back. 」

「I was pleasantly surprised with this property. We stayed in a two queen bed room. This room was large and clean with a kitchenette (an added bonus). I would definitely recommend this hotel. For the price, it was a hidden gem!」

「When I arrived for breakfast on time, eggs and milk were gone, no tea bags, no attendant. Totally inadequate! Although the room was billed at accessible, a wheelchair did not fit beside the bed, the shower had no seat or hand held water. Staff eventually supplied a metal folding chair with a padded seat. Totally inadequate!」

「We chose this hotel because it had 24 hour shuttle service. When we arrived back at 1:00am and called they said the driver went home for the night. We did leave them our return flight information when we left, but they obviously didn’t check it. They eventually sent us an uber after I insisted. We were the last people left at the airport! This is disappointing because we just got done saying it was the most comfortable bed, for a park sleep and fly」
