「When we arrive at 4pm, the cleaner is still cleaning then we can only take our room at around 5pm.」

「Lovely property just a short walk into the centre of Bourton on the water, though beware there is a very steep hill to climb when walking back. Very spacious. Lounge and open plan kitchen could do with a bit of an update. Fabulous views across the country side and so many different species of birds to view from the very large window in the lounge. Owners very kindly left binoculars and a bird book. Extremely quiet setting. Stayed Friday to Monday and it was a really lovely break. 」

「A lovely room with fresh milk for the coffees on arrival. Very tasty homemade shortbread to go with that, too. A good sleep to round of a relaxing stay. Breakfast is later than we're used to, so a nice lie-in and glad we weren't needing to be leaving before 10am.」
