"The room was clean and spacious. The halls and elevator carpet had an unpleasant odor. The breakfast was delicious, but not complementary. The parking garage was convenient but pricey. The location was convenient for driving, but not at all pedestrian friendly. The bathtub appeared to be very clean and was deep. This led me to indulge in a hot bath, not something I generally do at hotels. (due to questionable cleanliness)"

"Gorgeous property with some mild inconveniences (like the elevators that can only be operated from the outside). The staff seem new and undertrained. We didn’t receive much guidance on navigating the building and its features. Overall pleasant stay."

"While we enjoyed our stay for that one night, we will put in a room that did not have any windows which I don't think it's safe... honestly we were too tired to worry about it so just spend the night and check out the next day. The room was clean. Although they provide in room coffee, there were no cups to put the coffee in."

Aire acondicionado excelente, cama super cómoda. Una experiencia extraordinaria en la habitación. El desayuno extraordinario. Desayuno buffet, muy completo y delicioso. Una buena selección realizar el desayuno en el hotel. El personal del desayuno muy amigable, simpático y excelente. El restaurante japones de primera. La comida deliciosa.
