「I love Oceanfront Litchfield Inn. I stay there one or two times each summer, but the past two times that I have stayed the mattresses have been terribly uncomfortable. Two from my party left early because they could not sleep on them. They are hard, lumpy and you can actually feel the wood when you sit or lie on it. Please fix this so that I can continue to stay at my favorite beach hotel!」

「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」

「Check in reception was great. Property great! Everything on resort for entertainment. Only issue I had was my keys didn’t work at check in and I had to wait outside with a newborn for 30 mins until my sister arrived and had to grab new keys because security never came. 「Staff was friendly. Location was great. Noticed a dirty wash cloth hanging on top of shower curtain. When we stripped sheets as asked to do before leaving, we noticed what had to have been a huge urine stain on the mattress cover. We reported it to the staff on check out so hopefully housekeeping will not slack next time.」
