「The room was dirty, mold in the sink drains, the shower looked like it would make me dirtier if I used it, I woke up to a mysterious puddle in the middle of my floor, I was surprised there was a keurig but was unsure if I’d trust the tap water, didn’t matter because there were only decaf cups. 」

「The water pressure in the shower was non-existent, there was an outlet without a cover plate (safety issue) not enough towels, the drain inside the tub is all rusted out.Also, it appears they are doing some renovations but the amount of trash along the building leaves a lot to be desired. 」

「Rooms were dirty with dirty floors. Everything looked neglected. Bathrooms were poorly equipped, rusty faucets, broken sinks, etc. Air/heat units were on the edge of going out, noisy and had to move rooms because one did not work.」

「Nice hotel and great staff - but really disappointed in the TV set-up in our room! In the one bedroom suites the TV in the bedroom works great, but for some reason (and it is in all the suites) the TV in the sitting room will not connect to the internet, and the guide does not show any info. The staff confirmed that it was set up wrong and is too expensive to change. Really sad for a nice (and expensive) place like this. If there was a decent option I would stay elsewhere.」
