"Lovely hotel in central London… love the location, so convenient and easy walk to Earls court underground. Stayed 5 nights with my daughter and we had a wonderful stay. "Reception and check in all smooth. Requested tea bag replenishment and appeared smoothly. Only queries were over large to for room and position made it difficult to watch plus couldn’t control room temp through app and bathroom rad couldn’t get to work. But overall very happy with stay. "
