The Hotel Xenia was able to accommodate me last minute when another hotel had some cleanliness issues. I'm SO glad I made the switch. I stayed for a week at Hotel Xenia, and the staff made me feel so welcomed and cared for. The location is perfect, with easy access to buses and the tube. I also loved being able to walk and run through Kensington Gardens with ease. Make sure to take advantage of the breakfast attached to the hotel! Some of the best baked goods I had on my trip.

A quality experience all round - the room was small but comfortable, hotel decor stylish, vibe excellent - but it was the staff team (incl but not only Arya and Maya) who made this a memorable stay. Frankly, in London these days, you do not expect such genuine warmth of welcome and care at any hotel. Well done team!

We truly enjoyed our experience at Hotel Xenia. The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were very nice. Beds were comfortable. We took advantage of the lounge area in the evenings. Location is perfect. You are between two tube stops - Gloucester and Earls Court and you are in walking distance to the V&A and History Museum. It is easy to walk here and this area felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Xenia was the perfect place for us! Each and every team member was so polite and attentive and made you feel quite welcome. The amenities were great, and the restaurant was sharp, with excellent food! The bed and bedding were sublime and hard to get the leave and get the day going!! HIGHLY recommend staying here!

The whole experience was extremely pleasant. Staff were well trained and everything was seamless. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The balcony was very welcome. It was noisy with the doors open but with the doors closed at night it was very peaceful. Highly recommend and will be going back.

Had the pleasure to spend the night here for my 30th. The staff at reception received us nicely and were very helpful. We got our room upgraded for free and when they found out it was my birthday, a member of staff showed up at our room with a little cake and a candle which I thought was so lovely and kind! Overall it’s been great staying here and would recommend it to anyone! Welcoming staff, clean rooms and great location!
