「The room was quite well proportioned and despite being over the public bar was not noisy. Was close to the bus stop which saved us driving into Brighton and trying to find a park. Meals were good and breakfast very generous. Overall good value for money」

「The Staff , on arrival and especially at breakfast were friendly and welcoming and professional. Room very clean. Breakfast, good selection,the eggs ( poached and fried) cooked to perfection. 「Place was closed and locked when we arrived. Had to call sister accommodation to try and open it up. First night we were the only people in the place. Stayed two nights. I never saw a single member of staff the whole time」
