"The front desk staff are amazing. The lovely woman that checked me in, remembered my name 3 hours and lots of people later. Another guest asked for an extra blanket, and was told no problem I'll take care of that right away- and actually did. Rare top form customer service these days. First the elevator is mirrored and not a single finger print was found- very clean and impressively FAST. The room was clean and inviting. It was a nice touch of the cleaners name left if i had an issues. I laid on the bed after a long drive and the first thing I noticed was a fresh Tide like smell of the bedding. It wasn't the typical super chemical cleaner which is a relaxing refreshing welcome change. The room was bright natural light and spacious. I tried the hot tub on 22nd floor and it was large in size and had great views. Its in an upper area of the gym. which looked liked it had all anyone would need to workout. The hotel has a no noise after certain hours and that made for an incredible relaxing sleep. Breakfast the next morning was well prepared with lots of fresh fruit, cereal, breads, and hot food to choose from. This hotel not only met, but highly exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this to anyone traveling solo or with family. They take that extra step."

"Like every hotel you can hear the street and the hallway like the door is open and they are in your room. Otherwise great stay, I would stay again with earplugs. "

"We were in a really dated room, that had windows that looked out to another window next door… Bathroom was old with stains all over the tiles. Comfy bed. Someone was given the same room number as us and tried to enter the room, front desk did not seem phased and said that they are ‘sure the couple will figure it out’"
