"Great location. No soundproofing, can hear full conversations through the wall. Mattresses quite worn down to springs so slept on top of the duvet. One lift out of two was out of service for all 4 days. Signs in hallways broken (eg 5th floor), some bits of litter around hotel and in lift. Bathroom smelt strongly of cigarette smoke. New bathrooms which were very good."
