" I really loved the staff here, they were all really sweet and had amazing personalities. The room was really nice as well, I did notice some things but I believe they were natural mishaps and shouldnt be taken into account of the hotel itself. I celebrated my boyfriend's 22nd birthday in the Loft Suite, and it was just such a nice room with two bathrooms with showers. We called ahead and they said the room could hold 6 people so we also had some friends over and overall had a really nice day and night. I had a hard time sleeping but everything else was nice. Again, really amazing staff who were communicative throughout the entire process and understanding of the little things I noticed. My boyfriend had a really nice birthday experience thanks to the Joule!"

"The hotel and staff, especially Jheri, were absolutely brilliant. This was my first time staying in a boutique hotel and I must say, I don't believe I'll ever go back to the "mainstream" hotels. The atmosphere as well as the decorations were brilliant, right up my alley. And, they have free happy hour, which is quite the surprise. I'll definitely be going back and highly recommend The Madison. "
