「Amazing location in the heart of Palermo city. It is not a modern hotel but a well kept traditional property - but it does have a lift! Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable with working AC. Both Giuseppe and his colleague Dario were super friendly and helpful. A typically European style continental breakfast is offered daily. Parking onsite is free - you do have to drive into the pedestrian zone but it’s very close to the top of the street so you don’t have to drive far. Would recommend for...

「This is a great place to stay. It is very central and close to walk to many of the historic sites, restaurants, and the marina. The staff were great, always helpful with suggestions and help when needed. Right outside the door there’s a great pizza place, and lots of other really nice places near by. Breakfast was really nice, and they have a minibar in their terrace room to have a glass of wine. Only downside is there are no elevators, so be ready to carry your bags up 4 flights of stairs. 「The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Reception is only on site until lunchtime but someone is always available on WhatsApp or by phone and the response was excellent. The location was very good, easy to get to from the airport and everything was nearby.」

「Very nice and beautiful location. The location is in an old building with a unique caracter and well maintained. The room (Mare) was in excellent condition. And the stuff was very nice and helpful.」

「The Arche Design Rooms and Suites was a good choice for us. We found it comfortable and convenient with good food choices nearby. The recommendations by the team for where to eat were so helpful and we felt really welcomed. We didn’t use the Spa so can’t comment. Our late arrival was no problem and we enjoyed the breakfasts - all the food was fresh and tasty. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend Arche to other travellers 」
